Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RezoCV, operated by Navid Taheri. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

What RezoCV does

RezoCV helps you prepare a job application: it audits your résumé against a posting, tailors your bullet points, drafts a cover letter, and preps you for the interview. RezoCV never submits an application on your behalf. Every document it produces is laid out for you to review and copy into the employer's own application form. You always click Apply yourself.

Accuracy is your responsibility

RezoCV uses AI to generate text based on your résumé and a job posting. Like any AI system, it can make mistakes: a misread detail, an invented specific, an off-tone phrase. Review everything it produces before you send it. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit to an employer, including anything drafted with RezoCV's help.

Your account

• You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password secure.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings; this is immediate and irreversible.

Subscriptions

RezoCV offers a free tier (one completed application) and paid subscription plans purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play:

• Billing: Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing or cancelling: Manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's App Store or Google Play account settings. RezoCV cannot cancel it for you.
• Refunds: Handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies, not by us directly.
• Price changes: We'll give notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers, as required by the platform you subscribed through.

Acceptable use

Don't use RezoCV to generate content that is fraudulent, misrepresents your qualifications, or violates an employer's or job board's own terms. Don't attempt to circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. You may stop using RezoCV and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

RezoCV is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that using RezoCV will result in a job offer, an interview, or any particular outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navid Taheri is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we'll update the date above and, where required, notify you in the app.
